This is a lovely 1933 print of a Cape May Warbler, a Golded-Winged Warbler, a Blackburnian Warbler, and a Magnolia Warbler. This wonderful print was Illustrated by the zoologist and botanist; Walter Alois Weber, has beautiful details and is lushly colored.

This beautiful illustration is printed on a creamy heavy paper, with the names of the birds on the reverse side. This antique print is in good vintage condition with no fading, staining or tears. There is some typical paper rolling on the edges and holes where it was bound. Because this print, measures about 10" x 12" it is a wonderful size for framing.

Walter Alois Weber (1906 – 1979) was a native Chicago artist who discovered his talents at an early age when he sold his drawings at a local tavern to buy art supplies and soda pop. Later, trained as a zoologist and botanist, he went on to become one of the most noted American nature illustrators
