This is a pendant made in sterling silver for Georg Jensen in Denmark during the 1960’s. All the hallmarks are there supposedly designed by Max Brammer. That provenance was established through the internet, therefore, not totally reliable. The stone is a green and blue agate which is quite lovely. The piece is a pendant. The marks on the back indicate that it was made by the Georg Jensen company, it is model no 155, and that the item was produced after 1961 because of the markings. I know it is from the 60’s because it was listed as such by an antiques appraiser and it was listed as part of my mother’s belongings and he is a silver expert. The condition is very good to excellent. I know that there are a few light surface scratches but it gleams as sterling should and it would be an amazing addition to any Scandinavian sterling collector’s cache or just to simply have something eclectic and unique to wear. Either way, one cannot lose. The pendant is 3 7/8”x 1 7/8”. Thank you so much for looking!😊
